Welcome to Blacktown City & District Cricket Association

The BC&DCA Inc is a growing cricket association within the Blacktown Council area.

Beginners Cricket(5-8 yr old boys and girls)

Most BC&DCA Inc clubs provide In2Cricket and/or Mini Cricket Centres at this level. Explore the club details on this page to source a day and time to suit you.

Club Cricket
The BC&DCA Inc offers the choice of playing in quality club competition without having to travel great distances to play.Age groups from U/10-U/16 and 11Grades of senior competition.It is also investigating the possibly of alternate competitions to suit the needs of the community.
BC&DCA introduces Under 9 Competition

The BC&DCA is committed to the development of junior cricket. The U/9 comp is designed for full participation for all players and over a shorter period of time. This will enable the trangression of players to the next level and players and parents alike getting accustomed to playing cricket and enjoying cricket. The rules are such that all players will bat and bowl an equal amount of balls to allow development of all participants.
Young Warriors Program 2013/14


The Young Warriors program initiative is designed to 

A/Give local juniors the opportunity to experience grade cricket processes at an early age providing the chance for development through the local cricket system.

B/Provide an advanced development structure for young cricketers improvement.

C/Aid in the retention of local juniors to their local grade club.

D/Have a close relationship with the Blacktown City & District Cricket Association for the betterment  of cricket in the local community.
Eligible Players - meet all criteria set out in A,B&C.

A/Juniors currently playing in the BC&DCA Inc junior competition in 2013/14.

B/Players selected from BC&DCA Inc 2012/13Gee Shield(5)Moore Shield(7).Or a combination of 12 determined after Green Shield selection. Selections based on My Cricket point scoring system.
C/2013/14 BC&DCA Gee Shield may be added to squad post xmas.

Ineligible Players

A/Those players that have been selected at Grade or Green Shield level 2013/14 season.
